Lunch Series on Investment Disputes : International Investment Law and the Clean Energy Transition
The Department of Public International Law and International Organisation at the University of Geneva and the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) are launching a series of lunch-time discussions examining different views on foreign investment and their relationship to sustainable development. The aim is to discuss on regular basis recent investment treaty-based decisions taken by arbitration courts which impact issues related to sustainable development. We are very pleased to invite you to the first lunch-time discussion entitled: "International Investment Law and the Clean Energy Transition." The session will take place on Thursday, 23 March 2017, from 12.30h until 13.45h at Uni Mail, room 5050. Sandwiches and beverages will be served from 12.00h.
