
Meeting Rooms
Several meeting rooms are available in the two buildings that comprise the International Environment House, for use by resident organizations, GEN members and other environment institutions. The meeting rooms have a seating capacity ranging from 15 to 110 people.
International Environment House 1
Rooms can be booked throught the Geneva Environment Network Secretariat IEH 1 room booking service.

Booking Rules
Booking request must be made at least two days in advance. Applicants will receive an e-mail notification in two working days. Priority will be given to all IEH residents.
Organization not using a room booked, and not cancelled, won't have priority for the next reservations.
The names of the people without UN badges attending the meeting should be sent to the security desk.
It is forbidden to eat, drink (except water) or smoke inside the meeting rooms. It is not allowed to modify the arrangement of the rooms and to pin posters on the walls.
In case you have borrowed material, kindly return it after the meeting.
Paper for the flipchart is not provided.
Week-ends or holidays
Meeting rooms can only be booked during the week-ends or holidays if an agreement was concluded with the security desk.
International Environment House 2
Resident organizations should contact Building Foundation for International Organisations (FIPOI) to reserve a room in International Environment House 2.
Non residents can contact the Geneva Environment Network Secretariat to discuss possible partnerships.

Coffee Break
